摘要 分析了独立发电企业建设和经营抽水蓄能电站的经济性,并结合黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站分析了抽水蓄能电站与常规水电、火电联合运行的经济效益。结果表明,在水电比重较大、调节能力较差的地区建设抽水蓄能电站,通过优化系统电源结构、释放常规水电和火电调峰压力,可以降低系统调峰成本,提高能源利用效率。 This paper analyzed the benefit of individual generating company constructing and running pumped storage power plant, and the result is applicable to construction of Heimifeng pumped storage power station of Wuling Electricity Company Ltd. Opeartional benefit of pumped storage power station united with general hydropower and thermal Plants was researched.The result indicates that it can decrease expenditure of peak regulation,improve energy source usage rate, promote economic benefit, and optimize generation structure in regions with relative much hydropower capacity but poor regulating ability.It’s referrible in electricity planning and exploitation,especially in improving clean energy source usage rate at present.
