摘要
针对1750m3高炉开炉初期,因设备故障多造成的炉墙结厚、炉况不顺等问题,采取堵风口、活跃炉缸、适当提高炉温、控制风量等措施,分三个阶段恢复了炉况,并应用精料技术,采取全风量、全风温操作,稳定富氧、提高煤比,减少设备故障等措施,使高炉实现了达产,利用系数达到了2.68t/m3.d的较好水平。
Aiming at the problems such as BF wall accretion and hlast wandering at the beginning of blow on of 1750m^3 BF, the furnace condition is restored in three stage by blocking up tuyere, keeping active crucible hearth, increasing furnace temperature and controlling hlast volume, And the hlast furnace reached design capacity by means of benefieiated material, practicing full blast volume, full blast temperature operation, raising oxygen-enriched rate and PCI rate. Therefore the utilization coefficient is up to 2.68t/m^3.d.
