摘要
济钢1#1750m3高炉开炉初期,因受炉顶设备限制,只能使用单环布料,料面堆尖高,气流不稳定。改为组合双环布料后,因角差大,档位小,不利气流调整。设备故障消除后,探索出了适应炉况顺行的多环布料矩阵,高炉利用系数达到了2.37t/m·3d。
Because of the restriction of equipment in the roof, single ring distribution only can be used at the beginning of 1750m3^ BF blow on, then charge level accumulates, air current doosn't steady. After mending, double rings distribution is used but presenting the big gap angle and small hiberarchy, and then being disadvantage for air current adjusting. Many rings distribution suiting regular working is began to try after removing equipment failure. Therefore the utilization coefficient is up to 2.37t/m^3.d.
