摘要
在7台炉构成的煤气站中,采用每台炉单独出渣再人工运走的传统出渣方式,存在劳动量大、操作环境恶劣和效率低的问题。为此,改进煤气炉的炉底结构,将每台炉的炉底灰斗末端深入到一条长水水槽内,水封高度保证煤气炉的炉内压力要求,设置刮板链条、改向轮、压轮及传动机构等,构成自动除渣系统。应用表明,系统除渣顺利,煤气炉炉底周围无粉尘污染。
In the coal gasification station composed of seven coal gas producers, if the seven coal gas producers make their coal slag removal separately, and then the coal slag is manually removed. This method of coal slag removal involves inefficiency, big work load, and bad operation environment. Therefore the automatic coal slag removal system which consists of chain, directive wheels, pressure wheels and driving device, etc is designed through improving the bottom structure of the coal gas producers, putting the end of the coal slag chute into a long water tank. The water level can meet the demand of the gas pressure. The automatic coal slag removal system operated well and there is no dust pollution around the coal gas producers.
