含碳钢包砖防氧化涂料研制与应用

摘要 研究了以石英、长石、水玻璃、硼砂等为原料,并选择合适的起桥联作用的有机表面活性剂,通过对不同温度段液相量的控制,得到不起皮、粘结强度大、能有效阻隔氧的侵入的优质防氧化涂料。并指出,施工中应在成型后每一块含碳钢包砖的工作面进行涂抹,保证施工质量,可充分发挥防氧化涂料的性能,钢包砖平均寿命可提高5次。 The study choose quartz, feldspar, water glass, borax etc as the raw material, and choose fitly organic surface active agent, then high quality oxidation proration coating are developed. Through different high temperature liquid phase control, the results indicate the coating doesn't rise skin, has high bonding strength and can separate effectively oxygen from carbon-containing ladle bricks. At the same time, it is pointed out that every working face of the carbon-containing ladle bricks should be coated with the paint under construction and the construction quality should be ensured, then the life expectancy of the ladle brick is improved by 5 heats.
