Talking About Enterprise Culture

企业文化是企业员工所共有的观念、价值取向以及行为等外在表现形式,是由管理作风和管理观念构成的管理氛围,是书面和非书面的标准及程序,对企业的发展具有导向、凝聚、激励及融合作用。应通过树立良好的企业形象及发扬团队精神加强企业文化建设。在企业文化的认识上,不能把企业文化片面地等同于政治思想工作或精神文明建设,也不能仅做表面文章。

Enterprise culture is an exterior style of employee＇s concept, value orientation and action. It is a manage atmosphere made up of manage style and manage concept. It is a written and non-written standard and procedure. It has orientation, coacervation, encouraging and fusion function for enterprise development. The enterprise culture construction should be enhanced by setting a goed enterprise picture and earrying forward team spirit. The enterprise culture should not be understood as political and ideological work and spiritual civilization construction and the eyewash should not be done.
