分析目前工程招标采用的综合评价法的优劣,根据我国推行经评审的最低价法试点单位的基本条件,从完善法律法规体系、推行工程量清单招标、评标方法,评标专家和标后监管和建立责任追究等6个方面规范经评审的最低价法,提出个人见解.

The strong and week points of adopting the methods of comprehensive evaluation is analyzed. Proposal for the methods of accepting the lowest tender through appraisal in respect of the rule and regulations, the volume of engineering, the methods of inviting tenders , experts in evaluation , supervision after tenders and so on is put forword in the light of specific conditions of experiment units which invite tender at the lowest price through appraisal.
