左旋卡尼汀对尿毒症血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响

Effects of L-carnitine on microinflammatory state in maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的 探讨左旋卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法 将42例维持性血液透析患者随机分为两组，试验组21例，对照组21例。每次透析后，试验组给予静脉注射左旋卡尼汀1g，对照组给予静脉注射生理盐水5ml，试验时间为3个月。结果 试验结束时，试验组IL-6、CRP含量明显降低，白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平升高，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而对照组各项指标试验前后无明显改变。结论 左旋卡尼汀可降低维持性血液透析患者IL-6、CRP浓度，升高白蛋白、转铁蛋白浓度，改善患者营养及微炎症状态。

Objective To study the serum level changes of IL-6, CRP, albumin and transferrin in maintenance hemodialysis patients before and after L-carnitinc treatment. Method Forty-two stable maintenance hemodialysis patients in our dialysis center were enrolled. Patients were randomly divided into carnitine group and control group. In the treatment group, 1g L-carnitine was given intravenous to the patients at the end of each dialysis treatment, the patients in the control group were given normal saline, the trial lasted for 3 months. Results The IL-6,CRP,albumin and serum transferrin level singnificantly improved in treatment group（P〈0. 05）. All the markers in the control group did not change throughout the trial. Conclusions L-carnitine can reduce serum levels of IL-6,CRP and increase albumin and transferrin and can improve the microinflammatory state in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
