连续性血液净化在全身炎症反应综合征的应用 被引量：1

摘要 1991年美国胸科医生学会与危重感染急救医学会在芝加哥召开的讨论会上，指出严重感染、创伤患者出现菌血症、败血症、脓毒症、脓毒性休克时，都有一个从全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）到多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）相似的过程，并一致建议停止使用“败血症”一词，统一使用SIRS和MODS的概念。
