本文简要介绍了山东省农作物品种审定管理信息系统的总体设计以及部分功能模块的开发思路,并对系统的进一步完善提出了设想。

This paper introduced the main idea of the system design, discussed the detailed methods of some key module and gave some sample code. Finaly, it proposed suggestions for the further perfection of system.
