摘要
在分析企业管道设计需求及SolidEdge软件的基础上,结合管道自身的特点,利用中心线进行管道的干涉判断与调整,提出了二次投影干涉检验算法。该算法基于发生干涉的物体共用相同的空间,其投影图形也必定相交的事实,将三维图形转变成二维图形进行干涉判断,大大地降低了计算难度。
Based on analyzing the need of an enterprise for pipe design and on the software of Solid Edge, this paper makes interference judgments and adjustment by using centerlines and in combination of character of pipes themselves, and brings forward the algorithm for secondary projection checking interference. The algorithm for secondary projection checking interference bases itself on the fact that the projective graph must intersect when two selections share the same space, and helps make interference judgments when the graph is changed from 3D to 2D, thus greatly reduces the difficulty of computation.
