摘要 为适应大口径长距离管道优质高效建设的需要,采用电力半导体元件研制成功大口径管道管口中频预热设备并投入西气东输工程应用。实现了可控硅中频电源的风冷化、小型化及与自制的多功能移动电站的动力匹配;电磁感应加热器采用有断点开合结构及无断点技术,操作简便,性能可靠。克服了施工现场气候环境因素及管墩等障碍的影响,提高了管口预热综合效率,填补了国内现代感应技术在长输管道施工中应用的空白。 In order to adapt to the requirements of the excellent effcient construction of a large-diameter long-distance pipeline, the large-diameter medium frequency preheating equipment, which adopts the electric power semiconductor elements, is developed and put to use successfully in the Project of Transporting Gas from West to East. It realizes controllable silicon medium frequency power wind cold and miniaturization and matches the self-made muhifunction moveable power stations. Electromagnetic induction heaters adopt the stop point open-close structure and non-stop point technique. It can be operated simply and has a reliable capability. It overcomes the climatic factors in the construction site, the pipe supports barriers' effect, ect. It enhances the preheating comprehensive efficiency at the pipe mouth,and fills up the domestic blank of the modem induction technology used in the long-distance pipeline construction.
