摘要
落实中共中央国务院《全民健身计划纲要》,增强国民体质,武术占有特殊的地位。通过采用文献资料法、观察法以及专家咨询法等综合方法对武术运动整体进行考察分析,提出武术具有开展全民健身运动的诸多有利特点,并以武术的健身机理、作用以及相关科研成果论证武术是增强国民体质的有效方法和途径。
Wushu plays an important role in the improvement of citizens" body constitution and the fulfillment of the 《Outline of the Nationwide Body - Building plan》issued by the State Council. The study employs documentary materials, observation and expert consultation to give Wushu an overall review and analyses , pointing out that Wushu possesses several advantages on the development of nationwide body- building . Through the physical mechanism , function and relative research , this paper argues that Wushu is an efficient method to enhance people's constitution. In the end of this paper, the author come up with several suggestions for the popularization of Wushu .
