National Policies Influencing the Fluctuation of Real Estate Economy

伴随着国民经济的快速发展,我国房地产投资规模逐步加大,住宅产业化被提到了日程上来,日益引起国家和大众的关注。

With the rapid development of the national economy, the investment scale of the national real estate is increasing gradually. The industrialization of the housing appears in the schedule and it attracts the attention of the country and the people. Along with the developing step of the housing industrialization, our national soil policy has been modified for several times. In April 1988, the National People＇s Congress amended the Constitution of PRC and the Land Administration Law of PRC. From then on, land remising began to spread in the country as a basic land using system and the real estate became an industry gradually indeed. This article studies the status of our land policies during the period from 1988 to 2003. It also expounds the influence on the fluctuation of real estate economy by the land policies.
