摘要
中国酒店业要在越来越激烈的竞争中生存与发展,就必须不断地实现观念的变革,转变增长方式,创新管理和服务,提高顾客满意度。管理不仅要提高效率,更要直接创造效益,才能赢得自己的竞争优势。在论述了收益管理的内涵、收益管理系统在酒店业应用的可能性、收益管理在酒店的应用方法和应注意的问题等内容基础上,提出收益管理系统就是能够给企业带来直接效益的管理手段。
In order to survive and develop among the harsh competition, Chinese hotel businesses need to fulfill the transformation of concepts, change the means of development, create new approaches of management and services, and to enhance customer satisfaction. In order to improve management and competitive advantages, both efficiency and direct profit need to be perfected. Revenue management system is the means of management to bring direct benefits for business.
