单动臂木材装载机举升机构的优化设计

摘要 本文从液压系统和零部件强度要求出发,以减小油缸峰值压力和机构尺寸为目标,利用机构的几何关系,将三维优化方程简化为一维优化问题,对单动臂木材装载机举升机构的工艺参数和尺寸进行了优化设计。通过实例运算表明,优化设计可以保证机构的性能,提高经济效益。 On the basis of meeting the requirements of hydraulic pressure systemand allowable strength of parts and by means of using the geometric relationof the mechanism to simplify the three-dimensional equations into a one-dimensional problem, an optimal design of geometric parameters and dimens-ions of the lift mechanism for a single-armed wood loader has been made soas to reduce the peak pressure of the cylinder and the over-all dimensions ofthe mechanism. Case calculations show that the optimization can help guara-ntee a more satisfactory performance of the life mechanism, thus the economicbenefits can be raised considerably.
