通过甲基硅醇钾和丙烯酸酯的共聚反应,制得具有良好防水性乳液型石膏用涂料,其引发剂(过硫酸钾)用量为0.95%时,石膏板2h吸水率为2.23%;甲基硅醇钾用量为9.56%时,石膏板耐沾污性良好,用量为8.27%、8.40%时,耐油污性能良好。

The title waterproof latex coatings used on plaster-board are prepared through the copolymerization of potassiummethane-siliconic alkoxide and acrylate. When the use level ofpotassium persulfate initiator is 0.95%, water sorption of plas-terboard in 2h is 2.23%; and when the use level of potassiummethane-siliconic alkoxide is 9.56%, plasterboard is of goodantipollution; 8.27% and 8.40%, good smear resistance.
