花鲈的营养需求研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 花鲈(Lateolabraxjaponicus)又叫鲈鱼,是名贵经济鱼类。本文综述了花鲈的营养需要量,特别是对蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪和维生素等方面的研究结果。目的在于能揭示花鲈营养需要,为进一步开展花鲈人工配合饲料的研究提供基础资料和理论依据,以促进花鲈人工养殖生产的发展。
