摘要
对2N45型红旗压缩机打气量不匹配问题进行了分析,采用镗缸的方法改造压缩机四～六段,并用焊接堵板法进行水压试验。改造后每台压缩机提高体积流量972.4m3/h,且能耗下降,增加了氨产量。
The amount of air that compressors charge could not meet the deman d. After studying this problem carefully, we made a technical renovation on stag es 4 to 6 of the compressor. The solving of this problem enables the compressor to save energy and enhance the output of ammonia.
