关于血清RCH IgM抗体在体内持续时间的临床观察

Study on the positive period of RCH IgM in serum

目的回顾性研究RCH感染患者血清IgM抗体在体内持续呈阳性的时间。方法对血清RCHIgM抗体阳性病人的复查结果进行分析。结果31位复查病人IgM抗体在一个月内复查转阴的7人,仍呈阳性的有24人,在2至3个月内来复查的12人中仍呈阳性的有11人,3个月后复查的7人中仍呈阳性的2人。结论RCHIgM抗体转阴需一定的时间。

Objective ： Retrospectivly study the positive period of RCH IgM in serum. Methods ： Analyzing 31 patients who have positive RCH IgM in serum and at least suffer twice detection of serum, Results ： 8 cases with positive IgM turn negative in one month, 11 cases redetected during 2 - 3 months all still have positive result .2 cases turn negative in 7 cases who join the 〉 3 month follow up survey ,Conclusion：Positive RCH IgM need quiet a lot time to turn negative.
