辽沈地区静压管桩终压力与单桩极限承载力的关系研究 被引量:26

摘要 目的建立静压管桩施工终压力与单桩极限承载力之间的关系,指导辽沈地区静压管桩工程实践.方法通过对辽沈地区不同地质条件下大量静压管桩的载荷试验研究,依据Q^S曲线等试验成果给出单桩极限承载力,采用数理统计方法对终压力和单桩极限承载力的关系进行分析.结果建立了不同地质条件、不同桩长的静压管桩终压力与单桩极限承载力之间的关系,依据实验结果及辽沈地区两者关系的效应系数,提出在静压管桩的施工中应采用设计标高和终压力双重控制.结论由于地质条件的差异,静压管桩的承载特性明显不同,辽沈地区静压管桩的终压力和单桩极限承载力的关系与南方地区有很大的差别,工程实践表明:在辽沈地区静压管桩的施工中,施行设计标高与终压力双重控制是适合的. In order to establish the relationship between the construction final pressure of static pile and the ultimate carrying capacity of single pile, and to guide the static pressure pipe pile in engineering practice in Liao-Shen area, a number of data from the static load test in different geological condition of Liao-Shen area are analyzed, and the ultimate carrying capacity of single pile is confirmed according to the Q-S curve. The relationship is analyzed between the construction final pressure of static pile and the ultimate carrying capacity of single pile with mathematical statistics method. The different geology condition and different length. The effect relationship is established between the two with factor is given out for them according to the experiment result. Proposals should be adopted about double-standard controlling, design elevation and final pressure, in the construction of static pressure pile. Owing to the differences of the geology condition, the capacity property of the static pressure pipe piles is different obviously. The relationship between the two in Liao-Shen area has apparent discrepancy in the southern part. Engineering practice has proved that double standards controlling is suitable in static pressure pile construction in Liao-Shen area.
