摘要
目的为校正和补偿非对称缸组成的电液位置伺服系统由于非对称缸参数引起的系统动态响应的不对称性.方法对非对称缸参数引起的系统动态响应的不对称性在此进行了分析,找到了其主要影响因数,阻尼系数的不对称性.提出一种补偿方法———单边压力反馈.研究和分析了单边压力反馈对系统动态参数的影响,并给出了不对称参数K=0.5时不同补偿参数下系统阶跃响应的仿真计算.结果仿真计算表明单侧压力反馈对非对称缸电液伺服系统的非对称性有显著改善.结论非对称缸电液位置伺服系统可以采用单边压力反馈补偿其非对称性,适当调整单边压力反馈增益其响应特性是一致的.
In this paper, the analysis of the non-symmetric feature of dynamic in the non-symmetric cylinder electro-hydraulic servo system is worked out, and the factor affecting symmetric feature is the non-symmetric feature of damp coefficient of electro-hydraulic servo system. A compensative way called single side pressure feedback is worked out. The researches and analysis of the compensative way and the affecting dynamic factors of the system are worked out. The response to simulative result of the system in non-symmetric factor K=0.5, when the single side pressure compensative number is different, is worked out, and it proves that this way can compensate, in some scale, for the non-symmetric dynamic feature of this system.
