摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶工艺制备了含不同原子数比A l和Si的杂化聚酰亚胺薄膜.分别利用傅里叶变换红外光谱和原子力显微镜对薄膜的表面形貌和结构进行分析,并讨论了无机组分的组成对薄膜介电谱的影响.结果表明,在无机组分中A l的质量分数变化和掺杂前A l和Si溶胶中适当的A l和Si的连接结构,对无机相在聚酰亚胺基体中的分散性和其粒子尺寸的均化程度有一定的影响,而且无机组分的组成对薄膜的介电性能也有一定的影响.
In this paper, a series of hybrid polyimide/( SiO2 ,A1203 )films in different proportion of A1 and Si were prepared through Sol - Gel reaction, and the surface morphology and chemical structure of the film were characterized by Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscope (FFIR). And the effects of the composition of the inorganic phase on the dielectric spectrum of the films were discussed. It turned out that increasing the content of the A1 in the inorganic phase and the keyed jointing structure of A1 and Si could have the inorganic particles finely dispersing in the membrane samples, and make the dimensions of the inorganicparticles homogenized. It showed by the experiments that incorporating inorganic moiety into polymer resin had great effects on the dielectric spectrum of the hybrid films compared with those of the pure polyimide film.
