摘要
以乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物和1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯为原料,在叔丁醇钠的催化作用下,合成出了EVOH-SO3Na.采用高压静电纺丝法,制备了EVOH-SO3Na无纺布薄膜.通过SEM分析,研究了纺丝液质量分数(wE)、表面张力(γ)、纺丝液流量(Q)、毛细管-收集板距离(D)等工艺因素对无纺布薄膜微观形貌及纤维直径的影响.结果表明,当wE为5%~20%时,随着wE的升高和γ的下降,纤维中的珠状物或纺锤体的含量变少,纤维直径(Φ)相应地变粗.当D<8cm,Φ>0.4μm;D为9~30cm时,Φ变化较小,约在0.1~0.3μm;D>40cm时,在收集电极上很难得到纤维.
A polymer of poly (ethylene covinyl alcohol) end -capped with Sodium sulfonate (EVOHSO3Na) is synthesized with poly(ethylene - co - vinyl alcohol) (EVOH) and 1,3 - propane sultone, and the EVOH - SO3Na non - woven fabrics membrane is prepared by eleetrospinning technique. The influence factors, ineluding solution concentration (ωε) , surface tension (γ), flux(Q) and Capillary - screen distance ( D), which affect the morphology and diameter of the fiber are discussed by analyzing the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) pictures of the electrospun EVOH - SO3 Na non - woven fabrics membrane. Results show that the content of the pearli- te or spindle decreases and the fiber diameter(Ф) becomes thick with solution concentration increasing and surface tension decreasing. Capillary- screen distance(D)affects the diameter of fiber heavily.Ф is more than 0. 4μm when D is less than 8cm. The fiber with diameter 0. 1 -0. 3μm could be collected when D is between 9 and 30cm, and no fiber will be obtained when D is longer than 4Oμm
