基于DSP无级变速箱控制单元的输入信号模拟

摘要 针对TCU电路板在出厂检测时使用原车提供输入信号困难的问题,根据TCU工作原理,利用TI公司生产的TMS320LF2407型DSP,模拟了TCU正常工作时所需的全部输入信号.经过实测,模拟出的全部输入信号可以满足TCU工作状态检测的需要,利用模拟出的输入信号实现了TCU硬件电路板故障的自动诊断. When checking the function of TCU, it is difficult and troublesome to obtain various input signals from practical car. Aiming at the working process of TCU, all input signals that TCU needs is simulated and produced by testing system based on TMS320LF2407 DSP of TI company in this paper. By practical measurement, these signals can satisfy the defection of TCU' s working condition. Auto - diagnose of TCU' s hardware circuit can also be realized based on these signals.
