摘要
通过对沙特轻油油种性质的分析,摸清了沙特轻油加工过程中硫在常减压装置各部位的分布,结合在常压塔顶、减压塔三线的宏观腐蚀检查,从腐蚀机理及金相分析入手,分析产生腐蚀原因为高温硫腐蚀和氯离子应力腐蚀。经过采取设备材质升级、调整工艺防腐注剂、使用高温缓蚀剂,并强化腐蚀在线监测与注剂效果评价,有效地抑制了设备的腐蚀。
The distribution of sulfur compounds in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit processing Saudi Arabian light crude oil is determined through the analysis on the characteristics of the crude oil. The corrosion occurred in the unit is identified to be caused by sulfur compounds at high temperature and the tress corrosion caused by chlorine ions after inspecting the macro corrosion at the top of the atmospheric tower and through corrosion mechanism analysis and metallurgical analysis. The corrosion of the equipment is effectively controlled after the upgrading the material of the equipment, changing anticorrosive additives, and strengthening the on - line monitoring and the evaluation on the effectiveness of the additives.
