提高废旧电器回收再生利用的效率和价值离不开对其项目建设进行系统规划,通过对天津市废旧电器市场预测,分析各种环境因素,确定合理的建设规模,进行回收、再用、再生三个层次的项目建设系统规划,提出回收网点合理布置、再生设备厂址正确选择和再生材料适度分散的规划原则,对于有效实施废旧电器回收再生利用项目区域规划具有重要理论指导意义和现实应用价值。
