在充分调查研究连云港市餐饮业污染现状的基础上,分析了餐饮行业的污染成因、环境危害,并根据目前污染防治技术,提出切实可行的餐饮行业综合污染防治对策。

This text is on the basis of fully making investigations in the catering trade of Lianyun Harbour and polluting current situation,it is analysed that the origin cause of formation of pollution, environment of the food and beverage trade are endangered ,and according to the pollution prevention technique at present ,put forward the feasible countermeasure of comprehensive prevention and control of pollution of food and beverage trade.
