摘要
舰载武器装备退役的模糊聚类分析涉及装备的作战效能、技术落后程度、年使用维护费、超期服役系数、战略权重值等因素。以若干样本为研究对象,对因素指标进行标准量化。据标准化数据用夹角余弦计算样本间的贴近度。最后根据各样本与基准样本相聚类或分离进行量化分析,顺序判断各类装备的优劣次序。
The fuzzy cluster analysis of ex-service ship-based weapons involves battle capability of weapons, the behindhand degree of technology, maintenance cost / a year, the coefficient of exceeded service term, and strategic weighting value factors etc. Taking some of ex-service weapons as research object, the main factor indexes of ex-service ship-based weapons were quantified. According to quantified standard data, the closed degree of between stylebooks was computed with cosine of included angle. Finally, the main factors were analyzed according to the cluster or separation between every stylebook and fiducial stylebook, and the good or bad order of the every ship-based weapon was judged in sequence.
