摘要
研究试验了ICP-OES法测定钢中微量铌元素,采用微波消解仪进行样品处理和制备铌的标准溶液,基体匹配法绘制ICP校准曲线。方法被用于含铌品种钢的开发和炉前直读光谱控制样品的定值。该方法简单、快速,结果准确。
It is studied and tested to determine the trace element of niobium in steel with ICP- OES method： to treat sample and prepare standard solution of niobium with microwave dissolver, to draw ICP correction curve with matrix matching. This method is used in development of Nb - bearing steel and determination of controled sample of direct - reading spectrometer by furnace with fast and simple operation and accurate result.
