摘要
采用组织分离法从乳牛肝菌的子实体分离得到纯培养菌丝体,由于乳牛肝菌是外生菌根菌,无法人工栽培,而传统的形态学方法难以鉴定其真伪,故采用ITS序列分析方法对其进行分子鉴定,同时构建进化树,初步研究乳牛肝菌的系统发育关系。
By means of tissue isolation, pure cultured mycelium was obtained from fruit body of Suillus bovines, which is a kind of ectomycorrhizal fungi and cannot be cultured artificially. The traditional morphological methods for the identification of S. bovinus are problematical, so we used analysis of rDNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences to identify S. bovinus and established the evolution tree for preliminary studying phylogenetic relationships of S. bovinus.
