林蛙油软胶囊小鼠负重游泳试验的研究

Research of the Mice Burden Swimming Time was Prolonged of Oviducts Rana Capsule Fatigue Resistance

本研究按照国家卫生部抗疲劳保健食品审批标准,对林蛙油软胶囊进行了小鼠负重游泳实验。研究结果表明,经口给予小鼠林蛙油软胶囊1.0、2.0、3.0g/kg·bw·d,连续灌胃30d,可延长小鼠负重游泳时间约3min,各实验组与对照组差异极显著,说明林蛙油软胶囊可延长小鼠负重游泳时间。

This research carried on mice burden swimming testing, feeding with Oviducts Rana capsule, in according to the fatigue resistance health care food criterion of the national hygiene department, results show, after 30 days feeding the mice with the capsules 1.0, 2.0, 3.0g/kg · bw · d from their mouths, the mice burden swimming time was prolonged about 3min. Every experimental group is exceedingly distinguish against comparison group. The mice burden swimming time can be prolonged of Oviducts Rana capsule fatigue resistance.
