摘要
20世纪90年代以来,我国在劳动力过剩条件下出现了重工业化和高加工度化的趋势,其根本原因是城乡分割体制的影响和外商直接投资的拉动。在劳动力过剩条件下的重工业化和高加工度化并不具有明显的国际竞争优势。推进我国工业化进程,必须以扶持劳动密集型产业为重点,并与城乡关系的战略性调整结合起来。
