摘要
采用热重法和化学分析法对镧热还原氧化钐的反应产物镧渣进行分析和反推导计算,得到了实际反应物料的Sm2O3∶La的比值,并与理论反应物料的Sm2O3∶La的比值比较。结果表明,镧热还原氧化钐过程中,还原剂金属镧发生了扩散迁移,在反应产物镧渣内部产生了亏空,在表面产生富集,且金属镧的富集程度受还原温度的影响。
Methods of chemical analysis and hot weightiness were used to analyze and calculate La dregs after the reduction of Sm2O3 with metal La. The ratio of Sm2O3:La
in the real reactant of La dregs was obtained and was used to compare with the theoretical ratio of Sm2O3 : La in the reactant. The results show that reducer metal La occurs the movement of diffusion during the reduction of Sm2O3 with metal La, which leads to the red inside La dregs and enrichment at the surface of La dregs. The temperature of reaction has an effect on the degree of enrichment of metal La.
