摘要 对比分析了我国钛-钢复合板标准对覆材的要求和使用对覆层材料的要求存在的矛盾,并针对这些问题进行了探讨,最终得到:(1)压力容器用钛-钢复合板质量除考虑常规的外型尺寸外,应侧重考虑覆层的化学成分和复合板的整体力学性能、工艺性能,对覆层强度不应作为考虑依据;(2)为了提高钛-钢复合板的质量,更充分地发挥复合板的功能性,推荐尽可能采用杂质含量低、强度指标偏低牌号的钛作为覆层金属;(3)建议在修订钛-钢复合板材标准时,应明确覆层的力学性能指标不作为验收依据。 Taking a comparison between national standard data for clad plate titanium-steel and the informations on its real applications, one can see there is some difference for both requirements of clad layer materials. The way to solve this problem is explored in the paper. Therefore, the suggestions are: (l) When the quality requirement of the clad plate titanium-steel used for pressure container is designed, besides conventional configuration size, not that the strength of the clad layer, but that the chemical composition of the clad layer, the mechanical properties and technology of the clad plate bulk should be put emphasis on ; (2) In order to improve the performance of the clad plate titanium-steel and to give full play its multi-functions, titanium plate as pure as possible to act as clad player is preferred; (3) The standard of the clad plate titanium-steel should be revised in the future ,in which the items would be clearly stipulated that the mechanical properties of the clad layer is no longer as a determination for the check and acceptance of the clad plate titanium-steel.
