摘要
为了防止常减压蒸馏塔顶低温部位的HCl-H2S-H2O腐蚀,通过静态腐蚀挂片测绘中和滴定曲线及模拟蒸馏等试验手段,筛选出了NH-1中和缓蚀剂,并进行了为期1个月的工业应用试验,摸索出了NH-1中和缓蚀剂较优的使用条件,探讨了试验过程中出现的问题,提出了处理异常情况的方法与对策。
To prevent HCl-H2S-H2O corrosion in the low-temperature section of the overhead of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit, NH-1 neutralization corrosion inhibitor is selected through the neutralization titration curve by measured static coupon testing and simulated field distillation. By one month's commercial experiment, the application conditions of NH-1 neutralization corrosion inhibitor are worked out and problems in the experiment are studied. The approaches and countermeasure to deal with the abnormal conditions are presented.
