反射隔热防腐蚀涂料的模拟试验研究及应用

摘要 采用两种模拟试验方法验证了反射隔热降温涂料的隔热降温效果,并与常用的银粉漆等作比较表明:在环境温度为25-36℃时,使用隔热降温涂料可使室内或罐内温度较涂银粉漆降低12-18℃,较未涂涂料的降低17-22℃,节能效益明显;在环境温度为31-35℃时,使用隔热降温涂料可使罐内90号汽油的挥发压力及内部温度较涂银粉漆的分别降低3-6kPa及5-8℃。 The heat reducing effect of the reflection heat insulating coating is verified by two simulation test methods. The comparison with the mostly used silvery paints shows that: when reflection heat insulation coating is used, the indoor room temperature or temperature in the tank is 12-18℃ lower than that when silvery paint is applied and 17-22℃ lower than that when no coatings are provided at 25-36℃ ambient temperature. At a ambient temperature of 31-35℃, The heat insulating coating can reduce the evaporation pressure of 90 # gasoline and internal temperature of the tank by 3-6 kPa and 5-8℃ respectively as compared with the silvery paint.
