摘要
从制革企业组织边界的演变分析入手,探讨了皮革工业组织形态变化的趋势,认为已经悄然兴起的“中间组织”使上、下游企业跨组织边界进行协调,不仅带来了垂直整合的效率优势,也增强了各方快速反应的弹性,其联动效应,有助于相关企业的持续创新和保有生产领先的地位。
Beginning from the analysis of the evolution of organizational boundary in the leather industry, this paper explores the changing tendency of organizational form of the leather industry. The emerging “hybrid structure” causes inter-organizational coordination between vertical - associated firms. Not only can this kind of coordination bring the efficiency advantage of vertical integration, but also increase the flexibility of quick response of participants. With this linkage effect, firms can facilitate continuing innovation while keeping their production advantages.
