摘要 为了减少工作电解液的配方试验工作量,利用单纯形法对高含水率(48%,质量分数)电解液进行试验设计。选择己二酸(A)、磷酸二氢铵(B)、水合抑制剂(C)和吸氢剂(D)等四种溶质为考察因素,采用均匀设计法构成初始单纯形。结果表明,单纯形法能明显降低试验工作量,通过较少的试验即可获得最佳配方。所得到的优化电解液,可以通过105℃,1500h电容器储存寿命试验。 In order to reduce experimental amounts, proportioning design of a new operating electrolyte with high water content(48%, mass fraction) was optimized by simplex method. Four solutes were selected for experimental factors and the initial simplex was built in term of the uniform design method. The results show that the amounts of experiments are reduced obviously by use of this method. The operating electrolyte obtained by the optimization has an excellent performance in capacitor test of shelf life at 105℃, 1 500 h.
