摘要
以镍盐、四氯化锡及NaOH为原料,在常温条件下采用固–固相化学反应法制备钙钛矿型复合氧化物NiSnO3粉体。并用X射线粉末衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)等对其进行表征。结果表明:产物基本上是NiSnO3,平均晶粒为60nm左右。将样品制成旁热式气敏元件测试其气敏特征,结果表明:在290℃时对乙醇有较高灵敏度,但对H2和LPG灵敏度较低,且其响应恢复特性较好。
Complex oxide nanocrystalline powders NiSnO3 was synthesized with inorganic reagent by solid state reaction at room temperature. The microstructure was characterized through XRD and TEM. Obtained results show that the final powders are NiSnO3 and mean grain size of the powders is about 60 nm. The gas-sensing properties of the pure powders was studied. The results indicate that the gas sensors based on NiSnO3 have high sensitivity to C2H5OH at 290℃ and selectivity ethanol.
