椎体血管瘤的MRI表现及诊断(附13例分析)

MRI feature and diagnosis of Vertebral He mangiomas(Areport of 13 cases)

目的提高对椎体血管瘤MRI影像学表现的认识。方法分析13例椎体血管瘤的MRI特征。结果10例显示为短T1长T2信号,信号强度与皮下脂肪相似,3例显示为长T1长T2信号影,椎体内病灶的高信号区横断面中间混杂有点状低信号,呈“蜂房”状改变,矢状面混杂有纵形条状的低信号。结论椎体血管瘤具有较典型MR表现,MR在椎体血管瘤的诊断、分型及鉴别诊断中有意义。

Objective To improve the MRI diagnosis of Vertebral he mangiomas. Methods All 13 cases of Vertebral He mangiomas were diagnosed by clinic.Among them ,6 cases were male and 7 female. The patients ranged in age from 34 to 69 years（mean ages 54 years）.Results Ten lesions appeared high signal on both Tl-and T2-weighted image.Its signal intensity was comparable to subcutaneous fat.Three lesions appeared signal on T1-weighted image and high signal on T2-weighted image.On transvers section,it exhibited small round low signal ,producing “honeycomb” pattern.On sagittal section,Vertically linear decreased signal were seen both in T1W and T2W sagittal images.Conclusion MRI played important role in the diagnosis and therapeutic planning of Vertebral He mangiomas.
