摘要
采用氯丁橡胶(CR)作电缆护套材料时,共混一定量的氯化聚乙烯(CPE)可明显改善其胶料耐热性,提高其定伸应力,拉伸强度及撕裂强度,且在一定程度上降低了生产成本。CR/CPE用量比及硫化体系的选择是CR/CPE电缆护套胶料研制的关键。试验表明:CR/CPE用量比在70/30~60/40范围内,选用NA-22/DPTT并用作硫化体系时,电缆护套胶料的性能较好,符合GB7504和GB9331标准要求。
When CR being used for the material of cable sheath,blending a certain quantity CPE could develop the resistance to heat,modulus,tensile strength and tear strength,and the manufacture cost is reduced in a certain exrtent.The key of developing CR/CPE cable sheath compound are CR/CPE ratio and the selection of curing system.The test results have shown that when CR/CPE ratio is within 70/30~60/40,combined NA-22/DPTT is selected as curing system,the cable sheath materials characteristics is better and meets GB 7504 and GB 9331 standard requirement.
