Study on the best time frame for treating severe wounded by means of computer simulation

[目的]探讨重伤员早期治疗措施的最佳实施时间段。[方法]采用计算机模拟及统计学方法分析重伤员早期治疗时间与死亡率之间的关系。[结果]重伤员早期治疗时间与死亡率之间存在明显正相关,不同时间段死亡率增长幅度不同。[结论]伤后240min是重伤员早期治疗措施实施的最佳实施时间段。

[Objective] To find out the best time frame for treating severe wounded. [Methods] To analyze the relation between the time frame for treatment of severe wounded and their mortality by means of computer simulation and statistical methodology. [Results] Treatment time is clearly correlated to mortality, and mortality growth margins differ over different time periods. [Conclusion] The best time frame to treat severe wounded is within 240 minutes of being injured.
