1 case of spontaneous intracranial hypotension syndrome

摘要 1临床资料 患者,男,21岁,战士."因突发剧烈头痛、晕倒1 h"入科.患者于站哨时,无明显原因突发头痛,以颞枕部为主,继而晕倒,无呕吐、口吐白沫、意识丧失、二便失禁等.查体:T:36.7℃,P:82次/min,BP:120/70mmHg(1mmHg=0.1333kPa),R:22次/min,P:82次/min,律齐,未闻及杂音.腹部(-),四肢肌力正常,生理反射存在,病理征(-).入院后患者持续头痛,而且以坐或站时加重,平卧后,可减轻.
