In this paper, the authors discuss, from different angles, how, in the environment of digital campus, to ensure the security of E-card system on the campus, and propose one set of safety management tactics in the complicated situation. This scheme protects the system in such aspects as communication, card, secret key management, trade and data. It protects both the security of the system data and security of the system and reliable performance. The scheme is not merely suitable for the digital campus, also suitable for any other system.
