摘要
在常温常压下,用自制的过氧化钙对经过Ax涂膜的鲜筇竹笋的保鲜方法和效果进行了试验,找出了保鲜的最佳条件:鲜筇竹笋在保鲜袋的保鲜效果比密封袋好;用5%的Ax涂膜与5克过氧化钙在同一保鲜袋中对鲜筇竹笋保鲜效果最佳.
Under normal temperature and pressure, we conduct experiments on the method and effectiveness of keeping bamboo shoots fresh with self-made oxidize calcium, and find a perfect way: bamboo shoots are better preserved in fresh-keeping bags than in sealed bags; bamboo shoots are perfectly preserved with Ax membrane at 5% and CaO2 in the same bag.
