摘要
介绍驰宏公司40kt/a硫酸系列投产9年来进行的技术改造及运行效果。改造后沸腾炉能力提高0.63t/(m2·d),创下了540d连续开工时间的历史记录;焙砂产量提高24.58t/d,焙尘残硫降低5.67%;硫酸产量提高9.53t/d,产品杂质含量明显降低;生产环境显著改善,取得了良好的经济效果。
Technical retrofitting and operation of Chihong＇s 40 kt/a sulphuric acid plant for 9 years are described. The retrofitting resuhed in 0.63 t/（m^2·d） more capacity of fluidized bed roaster, a historically high continuous operation record of 540 days, 24. 58 t/d more calcine production, 5.67% lower residual S in dust, 9.53 t/d more sulphuric acid production, significantly less contamination content in product, obviously improved working environment and good profits.
