摘要 热管废热溴化锂制冷机是集烟气废热回收与制冷于一体的新型设备,目前对其设计还停留在传统设计方法上。为了使热管废热溴化锂制冷机的结构参数达到最优,对热管废热发生器和溴化锂制冷机分别以传热系数最大和总传热面积最小为目标函数建立了优化计算模型,并编写了优化设计程序,将得出的结果与优化前数据进行了比较,经分析表明热管废热溴化锂制冷机的结构得到了优化,性能得到了提高,验证了该优化设计的实用性。 Lithium bromide-water refrigerator with heat-pipe driven by waste heat is a new equipment with use of reclaiming waste heat and refrigeration. At present, design of this equipment is still in traditional method. This paper makes the whole heat-transfer area and the heat-transfer coefficient as the target functions in the models of optimized design and has compiled the program for optimized design. The parameters were optimized and the capability was improved from the comparison of the optimized results with the non-optimum results. It is proved that the optimized design is practicable.
