高密度光盘径向动态特性测量方法研究

摘要 分析了现有光盘径向动态特性测量方法的特点,深入研究了一种适用于高密度光盘径向动态特性的基于过道波形信号连续测量方法及其具体实现。比较了该方法与国际标准推荐的测量方法的测量精度,结果表明该方法精度更高,更能适应未来高密度光盘的测试要求。 The measuring methods for the radial dynamical characteristic of the optical disks have been discussed. A novel measuring method, which is more suitable for the high-density optical disks, has been proposed and studied. The method and the one recommended by the international standard have been compared. The result shows that the method can provide much more precision than the method recommended by the international standard. Thus, this method is more suitable for the high-density optical disk testing.
