在网络科技飞速发展的社会背景下,学校作为学生教育的主体应如何应对新形势下的网络德育教育的新课题。本文从网络普遍应用于对未成年人的思想道德建设上的课题入手,对上网对学生个体发展究竟有何影响进行了深入的分析,论证了推进网络德育教育是素质教育的一种关键尝试,并提出了一系列行之有效的解决方案。

The essay concerns the moral education for the youth under the development of internet. The first section is about the positive effects of internet on the present educational system; while the second section concerns negative effects; the third section contains the recommendations of the author to resolve the problem. In its view that moral education is a new project in E - time society, schools must learn to use modem technology to overcome the diflqculties that internet have bring to normal education activities. By using internet, moral educations can be boosted if we use it correctly. To build a healthy and clean net environment is the key to protect our children from being demolished by negative effects of internet.
